Remarks:nfertility is a quite complex, multidisciplinary and many time unresolved problem both for the woman and for the man as well.
Problems in fertility can occur at any point in the process of conception, from development or release of the ovary or spermatozoa a, in the fertilization of the ovary, on transport of the fertilized egg from the Fallopian tube to the Uterus, in implantation of the embryo in the endometrium, even in the timing of intercourse or physical conditions after conception. Hormones controlling reproduction and metabolism (produced by the hypothalamus, pituitary, and thyroid glands as well as the ovaries and testes) also play an important role.
Even some special conditions as autoimmune diseases may play a decisive roll in infertility as is the case of Ovarian antibodies.
